Back in 2009, Reiter engineering unveiled the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 R-SV at that year’s 24 Hours of Spa race in July.

The race car was devoid of all the non-esentials and was reinforced with plenty of carbon fiber to drop a total of about 1140 pounds over the regular Murcielago. It weighed in at just 2,530 pounds (1,150 kg), an impressive achievement to say the least.

Lambo Cars
has imagined a new version of that FIA-type track car, the Aventador LP790 R-SV based on the current V12 flagship model. It comes with wider track and extended wheelarches. Up front, the car hugs the track with ground hugging, adjustable spoiler, while at the back, we have lower diffuser with an additional plate and a wing.

It’s just a ‘what if’ sort of rendering, but the Aventador will become a race car.
